Below here is the System Configuration details to fix the problem

Case handled via Remote Support Session in year 2009.

Problem is associated with the Drivers for Ethernet and SM Bus controller which are crucial to run system effectively.

System is locking in between while work with any program. So these drivers should be either reinstall or updated with appropriate file.

But the fact that Dell Support did not provide a solution for this and Intel website did not have the Intel Core Duo Chip Drivers uploaded on net. So what the customer can do??
